Children understand mateship. Friends are a huge part of their lives. ANZAC Day also commemorates sacrifice. Jesus said, ‘There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. (John 15:13) He suffered a terrible death so that our sins would be forgiven but He won a great victory when God raised Him from the dead!
