Fiesta: A Mexican themed Super Sunday.
A party to celebrate the return of a lost son. The Bible Verse ‘Come near to God and He will come near to you’ to sing and dance along to. Make maracas and a colourful fan. Play Jumping Beans, Pin the Tail on the Burro and do the Mexican Hat Dance. Of course there’s a Piñata. And why not join with Big Church for a Taco Brunch.

God is Thought Full: A Lesson for Preschoolers.
Dig out your beach bucket. You’ll need it for this lesson about how much God thinks about His children based on the Psalm 139:17&18a. ‘How precious are your thoughts about me, O God, they cannot be numbered! I can’t even count them; They outnumber the grains of sand.’ Sand play, a game of Stuck in the Sand, and sand pictures to create. Learn the beautiful song, ‘You Know Me’, from Hillsong Kids.

The Yokes on Me: A Bible Lesson
There are some things in the Bible that can be a puzzle to the children of the 21st century. What is a yoke? And how is it relevant to their lives today? Jesus said, ‘Take my yoke upon you and learn from me…’ Teaching on how Jesus will walk side by side with the kids, sharing the load so they will find rest for their souls. Dress up as removalists and run a relay with packing boxes to find the Memory Verse from Galatians 6:2. Play a game of Yoked Tag, and decorate a pillowcase for craft.

I’m Not Yoking: A Bible Lesson
This lesson can be used as a continuation of ‘The Yokes on Me’. Teaching about being ‘unequally yoked’ and being the temple of the living God. Kid’s run a three-legged race to collect pieces of the Memory Verse. Two games: Animals Sounds and Tug-O-War. Make a twine plant pot from a tin can for craft.
